A day in the life…

  • Load and unload trucks, or help others with loading and unloading, operating any special loading-related equipment on vehicles, and using other equipment as necessary such as forklift
  • Maintain logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations
  • Secure cargo for transport, using straps, gates, or covers
  • Picking, Packing & Dispatching of orders to a high standard and pick rate
  • Assist with all stock control processes, including receiving inwards goods, cycle counts etc
  • Work with the team to achieve stock integrity through stock replenishment, date expiry checks, stocktakes etc
  • General warehouse duties as directed
  • Manual labour & repetitive lifting throughout your shift

What We Need…

  • HC or HR License
  • Minimum two years’ experience driving a ‘Heavy Rigid Vehicle
  • Be committed to working safely and adhering to our health & safety policies
  • Experience or exposure to chain of responsibility
  • Forklift License preferred but not essential
  • Physically fit as you may be lifting stock weighing up to 20kg
  • A commitment to providing great customer service
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible in order to meet changing work conditions
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities

As Part Of The Recruitment Process, You Will

  • Need a printed copy of your driving history
  • Undergo a Police Check
  • Undertake a pre-employment medical, including a drug & alcohol screen
