Truck Driver

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Driver to join our team at L KOVACEVIC TRANSPORT PTY LTD' in Wollongong, NSW. This is a casual role, generally with consistent days Monday to Friday with good hours and occasional weekends. As a Tipper Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of materials to their required destination.

Be advised that inductions and a medical will need to be completed before work can commence.

What you'll be doing

Operate a rigid vehicle transporting materials on major road/construction projects in the Illawarra, and South Coast

Conduct pre-start checks and report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs

Adhere to all traffic laws, speed limits and workplace safety procedures

Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients as needed

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes and vehicle usage

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience operating tippers

Current HR or HC driver's licence

Strong practical skills in vehicle operation, loading and unloading

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Must be an Australian permanent resident
