Truck Driver

Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Truck Driver to join our day shift delivery team in Boondall — someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive, close-knit crew.

About the Role

As a Truck Driver at Bradnam’s, you’ll play an important role in keeping our branch running smoothly and our customers happy. You’ll be responsible for safely transporting and delivering our manufactured products, while also being a friendly and professional face of the business out on the road. You won’t be doing it alone — you’ll be supported by a team that values collaboration, safety and doing the job right.

This is more than just driving a truck. It’s about taking ownership, supporting others, and being part of a business that genuinely cares about its people.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensuring vehicles are safe, well-maintained, clean and road-ready, with all loads secured before departure
• Assisting with loading and unloading when required
• Maintaining driver diaries and paperwork in line with State and Federal regulations
• Communicating clearly and respectfully with customers and obtaining delivery confirmations
• Completing delivery paperwork and checklists accurately, and contributing to good housekeeping at the branch
• Supporting and mentoring learner drivers or offsiders when needed
• Always demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, including PPE compliance and site procedures

Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week | Various shifts

Skills & Experience

• You will need a valid, unrestricted Driver’s Licence issued for the appropriate vehicle category.
• Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices
• A clear communicator who thrives when working as part of a team
• Truck Licence LR - MR preferred
• Forklift Licence preferred
• To be successful in this role you’ll exhibit a positive, self-motivated attitude and enjoy collaborating with a team to ensure desired commercial outcomes.
