We are seeking a reliable Truck Driver to transport general freight locally using a standard tractor-trailer. The ideal candidate will operate daily routes, ensuring timely and safe delivery while maintaining excellent communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Load cargo securely for transport
• Plan and navigate local routes efficiently
• Follow all safety regulations and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate logbooks and driving records
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report issues

Required Qualifications

• CDL Class A license
• At least 21 years of age
• No criminal background

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level commercial truck driving experience
• Knowledge of vehicle inspection and maintenance
• Strong route navigation and time management skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance
• Effective communication abilities
