Treasury Credit Manager

Joining the Credit & Collections team offers the opportunity to play a strategic role at the intersection of financial risk management, customer partnership, and business performance. You will be part of a collaborative, globally connected team focused on protecting cash flow while enabling sustainable growth, reporting into senior finance leadership and contributing to key transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Manage the credit risk of one or more portfolios; recommend credit limits and implement strategies to support PWC's customers while protecting the company's interests.

Work closely with key players through the organization to maximize cash flows and collections. Manage and participate in the resolution of collection disputes with customers. Influence senior leadership on the strategy to adopt with customers to mitigate financial risk.

Lead process improvement initiatives. Maintain and improve best-in-class internal control environment and customer experience. Serve as SME leading/supporting the planning, scoping and deployment of PST/S4 Hana digital solutions for Order to Cash processes (Credit & Collections management, Cash applications).

Credit Risk & Financial Judgment Assess customer creditworthiness using financial statements, payment history, and industry risk. Set credit limits and terms that balance growth with risk. Manage concentration risk (large customers, key distributors).

Navigate secured vs. unsecured credit, guarantees, liens, and credit insurance. Manufacturing‑Specific Complexity Understand order‑to‑cash in a production environment (forecast → production → shipment → invoice → cash). Manage disputes tied to quality issues, shortages, pricing, rebates, freight, and returns.

Commercial Partnership with Sales Be a business partner, not a blocker. Negotiate payment terms and exceptions with Sales/Programs. Support revenue growth while protecting margin and cash.

Influence deal structure (milestones, deposits, prepayments). Cash Flow & Working Capital Management Deep understanding of DSO, AR aging, bad debt, reserves. Optimize working capital and cash forecasting.

Measure impact of credit decisions on EBITDA and free cash flow. Leadership & Change Management Lead collections teams (India) and set KPIs. Implement process improvements and automation (ERP, collections tools such as Esker).

Drive behavior change across transformation. Build escalation frameworks and governance. Global & Industry Insight Handle multi‑site operations and a high volume of customers in a fast‑growing context.

Manage risk across different economic cycles. Qualifications Bachelor degree (Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business). Professional designation (CPA, CFA, CCP, CIC, CCM, etc.).

Solid understanding of financial statements. 5‑10 years in credit, collections, AR or commercial finance. Strong with digital tools (Microsoft, S/4) and digital transformation. Strong credit analysis and expertise in collections strategy.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to partner with Sales. Judgment under pressure.

Understanding of order‑to‑cash cycles. This position is part of a French‑speaking work environment; requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
