Job Description

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Finance Department by recruiting a Treasury Assistant, based in Alfragide.

Responsibilities:


  • Management of the Group's accounts payable (national and international scope);
  • Receipt, screening, and validation of supplier invoices, ensuring documentary and contractual compliance;
  • Preparation of the weekly payment schedule, classifying priorities (urgent vs. planned) and submitting for approval;
  • Preparation of payment orders in the ERP and banking platforms, executed on a fixed calendar;
  • Ongoing communication with suppliers regarding payment forecasts and proactive relationship management (reducing urgency-driven contacts);
  • Support and follow-up with internal clients across business areas;
  • Reconciliation of supplier current accounts and support with bank reconciliations;
  • Monitoring of function indicators (DPO, accounts payable aging) and regular reporting to treasury management;
  • Support in preparing the monthly treasury report and the Group's cash-out forecast;
  • Participation in the improvement and digitalization of payment processes (approval workflows, automation of communications).


Profile:


  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable / treasury roles, preferably within a multi-company or international group environment;
  • Experience with ERP systems and electronic banking platforms; knowledge of treasury software (e.g., Sage XRT) is a plus;
  • Big4 experience is a plus;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Good command of English (spoken and written);
  • Critical thinking and rigor in validating documents and processes;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including supplier relationship management;


Autonomy, organization, and discipline in meeting routines and deadlines.
