Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation and detailed itineraries. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their travel needs and preferences. Competitive Rates: Source and negotiate competitive rates for flights, hotels, and service providers to deliver best value to clients.
Travel Policies: Advise clients on corporate travel policies and compliance, ensuring adherence to company guidelines. Problem Resolution: Manage travel-related issues and emergencies with prompt, effective solutions to ensure high client satisfaction. Reporting & MIS: Prepare MIS reports on travel spend, trends and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, airline rules and travel regulations to offer informed guidance to clients. Qualifications & Skills Required: - · Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Travel or related field. · 4+ years in corporate travel consulting. · Hands-on experience with Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre. · Experience with tour packages & MICE operations. · Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. · Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
