Role Overview

As a Senior Luxury Leisure Travel Advisor, you will work directly with clients to design and coordinate customized luxury vacations around the world. You will leverage your expertise in Sabre, luxury travel planning, and cruise products to create seamless, high-end travel experiences tailored to each client's preferences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget.
• Design personalized luxury leisure itineraries, including flights, hotels, cruises, transfers, tours, activities, and travel insurance.
• Book and manage reservations using Sabre and other travel industry tools.
• Provide expert recommendations on destinations, accommodations, cruises, and unique travel experiences.
• Coordinate every aspect of complex international itineraries while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, cruise lines, and destination partners.
• Handle itinerary changes, travel disruptions, and client requests with professionalism and urgency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Stay up to date on luxury travel trends, destinations, supplier offerings, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Luxury Leisure Travel Advisor or Travel Consultant.
• Strong proficiency with Sabre (required).
• Extensive experience planning luxury leisure vacations.
• Solid knowledge of cruise products and cruise itinerary planning.
• Experience creating complex international itineraries, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, transfers, and activities.
• Excellent knowledge of global destinations, particularly Europe, the Caribbean, the United States, and other popular leisure markets.
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management and consultative sales skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard travel industry systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with luxury travel consortia such as Virtuoso, Signature Travel Network, or Ensemble.
• Experience booking premium cruise lines and luxury hotel brands.
• Additional language skills such as Spanish or Italian.
• Previous experience managing a travel agency or luxury travel business.
