With over 45 years of expertise in their field, I am delighted to be working with an award- winning Logistics company who are seeking for a Transport Planner to join their highly successful team on a permanent basis

*** Hours - Monday Friday, 1100 2000***

• Manage driver rotas, ensuring shifts and routes are properly covered.
• Work with drivers and Customers throughout the day and dealing with any queries or issues that arise.
• Update and maintain transport records and information
• Monitor the movement of vehicles and keeping the transport team updated.
• Liaise with drivers to ensure schedules are being followed.
• Carry out general transport administration and supporting the wider team where required.
• Other adhoc duties

About you

• Ideally have previous experience within logistics dispatch or administration
• Confident using computers and transport/admin systems.
