Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Successful completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship
  • Completion of an accredited Transplant Nephrology fellowship
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
  • Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted North Carolina medical license
  • Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
