Translation Analyst

Job Description At Ipsos, the Translation Services Center of Excellence for North America, we support a global market research company that delivers insights to leading brands and organizations. You will be responsible for managing translation projects that support research studies across Canada, the US and overseas markets. What You Can Expect To Be Doing Work with internal and external operational teams to ensure excellent translation is collected and apply necessary quality controls.

Manage translation projects concurrently while ensuring each is executed on budget and on schedule. Use data entry systems, including Excel and a third‑party translation entry system. Communicate comfortably with clients and translation suppliers.

Work effectively in a multi‑language and multicultural environment. Learn and apply basic HTML tagging to translation (training provided). Manage all project tasks daily to ensure successful and efficient project completion in a multi‑tasking, time‑sensitive environment.

This Might Be The Job For You If You Have: B.A. or certificate in French‑English translation not required but preferred; experience considered. Full fluency in French and English (Spanish or other languages an additional asset). Excellent time‑management skills with an emphasis on prioritizing workload.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to articulate requirements clearly. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy and completeness. Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel with advanced formula usage.
