Are you an experienced Transition Analyst with a passion for delivering smooth technology and business transitions?
We're partnering with a well-established Adelaide-based organisation seeking a proactive professional to support the successful transition of business-critical systems and services.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale transformation program in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support transition activities across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain transition plans, schedules, risks and dependencies.
- Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and operational support teams.
- Ensure services are transitioned into business-as-usual with minimal disruption.
- Prepare transition documentation, operational readiness plans and knowledge transfer materials.
- Monitor transition milestones and provide regular status updates.
About You
- Strong understanding of IT project delivery and service transition processes.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent documentation, planning and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments is highly regarded.
