About the Role

WINNER is looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Transfer Driver to support our growing operations. You will transport food, supplies, and other goods between WINNER locations, as well as deliver wholesale and catering orders to clients throughout Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.

This is an important role on our operations team. You will help ensure that products arrive on time, safely, accurately, and in excellent condition, while representing WINNER professionally at every stop.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate WINNER company vehicles for internal transfers and external deliveries.
• Transport food, supplies, catering orders, wholesale products, and other company goods.
• Deliver orders accurately and on schedule to WINNER locations and external clients.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to NYC traffic and parking conditions.
• Communicate promptly with managers regarding delays, delivery issues, or changes in route.
• Load and unload vehicles safely, securing products to prevent damage during transport.
• Handle food and other products with care and in accordance with company food-safety standards.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report vehicle maintenance, damage, safety concerns, or other issues immediately.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and other required records.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, DOT requirements, and WINNER safety procedures.
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide friendly, professional service to clients, vendors, and WINNER team members.
• Support other operational tasks related to deliveries and transfers as needed.

Delivery Areas & Vehicles

• Delivery routes primarily cover Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan, with additional areas added as the business grows.
• WINNER vehicles include small electric, hybrid, and gas-powered vehicles, as well as small Sprinter-style vans.
• A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not required.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous delivery, driving, or transfer experience strongly preferred, particularly in food service, hospitality, catering, or wholesale.
• Strong knowledge of NYC streets, traffic patterns, parking, and efficient routing.
• Excellent punctuality, reliability, and time-management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs., including up and down stairs.
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the broader operations team.
• Professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to follow company safety, food-handling, vehicle, and compliance procedures.
