Transaction/Financial Analyst

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Transaction/Financial Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Duties Support research activities to help identify potential acquisition targets and compile target lists based on defined criteria Assist in preparing financial models and simple valuations to assess the financial health and strategic fit of acquisition prospects Support the design of transaction structures, collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute insights and analysis that inform acquisition approaches aligned with global standards Develop clear, concise materials for internal reviews, investment committees, and global leadership alignment Prepare supporting materials for internal discussions Collaborate with teams across Legal, Finance, Development, and Operations to support transaction workstreams Desired Skills/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field Proven experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate finance, or strategy roles within a multinational environment Solid understanding of financial modeling and due diligence processes Knowledge of the Latin American market and experience working across multiple countries in the region preferred Strong strategic insight and the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $65.00 .
