Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager for our Cleaning Category to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the high-quality delivery of home cleaning services across designated cities. The Training Manager will be responsible for leading all training initiatives, developing and improving training content, and delivering both technical (home cleaning services) and behavioral training to partners to ensure an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do: Lead all training programs for professionals providing home cleaning services in the assigned city. Develop and enhance training content in line with industry standards and best practices. Deliver hands-on training and support to professional partners on SOPs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Implement strategies to improve service quality through training initiatives. Manage and lead a team, providing guidance to ensure consistent training delivery across locations. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements based on business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and create targeted solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, especially for training blue-collar workers. What We Need: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in top-tier hotels, facility management, or startups, with a focus on training and development.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Proven experience in managing teams, preferably in hotels or facility management. Expertise in designing and delivering training programs for blue-collar workers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements. A strong passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and continuous improvement.
