About The Role
Empower dealers and customers to maximise the value of our AI-powered platform. Drive product adoption, deliver impactful training, and become the face of customer enablement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online & offline training for dealers and customers
- Develop manuals, SOPs, and training presentations
- Deliver product demos and platform walkthroughs
- Track training completion and adoption metrics
- Train users on CRM workflows, dashboards, and reporting
- Provide post-training support and resolve product queries
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales
- Improve training experience based on feedback
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for technology
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Understanding of dashboards, analytics, and reporting
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
