The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment, sales, and business development. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will receive structured training and ongoing support to develop your skills in candidate sourcing, client relationship management, business development, and the full recruitment process. No previous recruitment experience is required – just a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
