We're looking for an ambitious person who wants to build a long-term career in sales and account management within the commercial interiors industry. Our structured programme gives you hands-on experience across the full customer journey, equipping you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to progress into an Account Manager role. What you'll gain experience in :

Office furniture and workplace design solutions. Sales, business development and account management. Customer relationship management Workplace design and space planning Project coordination and order fulfilment Procurement and supplier management Installation planning and aftercare Working with public and private sector clients CRM systems and sales administration Identifying and developing new business opportunities Key Responsibilities During the programme, you'll gradually take on greater responsibility, including:

Building strong product and customer knowledge. Support Account Managers with enquiries and projects Developing relationships with new and existing customers Helping identify new business opportunities Attend meetings, site visits and product presentations Learning to prepare quotations, proposals and tender responses Working with internal teams to deliver successful projects Maintaining accurate CRM records Progressing to managing your own customer accounts About you:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, proactive and eager to learn Organised with strong attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office A team player with the confidence to work independently Full UK driving licence (or working towards one) No previous sales or furniture experience required - Full training provided.
