Traffic Engineer

Opportunity : Traffic Engineer Location : Greater Manchester Rate : Negotiable and Competitive Duration : 12 months + IR35 : Inside We are seeking an experienced Traffic Engineer to support a busy Traffic and transportation team in Greater Manchester. Responsibilities: Providing advice on the design and implementation of TROs; Providing TRO processing support for schemes within the council’s 25/26 and 26/27 capital programmes; Providing assessment of existing moving traffic regulation orders and producing the related technical reportsli> The Traffic Engineer should be a suitably degree-qualified (or time-served) with experience of developing new and amending existing Traffic Regulation Orders and Moving Traffic Regulation Orders for capital programme schemes and network management schemes. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Keyline and Keysign software packages.
