Job Description
To ensure the seamless translation of Dior Beauty's marketing strategies into flawless in-store execution and impactful brand activations across all Brazilian retail partners. This pivotal role is responsible for orchestrating all trade marketing initiatives, including in-store animations, managing trade investments and cooperative budgets, overseeing visual merchandising production, and deploying incentive programs, all while fostering strong client relationships to drive brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and ultimately achieve sales targets.
- Trade Strategy Implementation: Act as the primary interface between marketing strategy development and its execution at the point of sale, ensuring all brand activations for Dior in Brazil are meticulously planned and flawlessly implemented.
- Client Relationship Management & Negotiation: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including Sephora, Perfumery chains, Dufry, Época Cosméticos, Renner, and Beleza na Web. Lead negotiations regarding trade terms, cooperative marketing investments, and promotional activities.
- In-Store Animation & VM Production: Oversee the end-to-end production of all trade marketing materials for in-store animations, special events (e.g., Brand Days), and all visual merchandising (VM) elements. Ensure all materials align with global brand guidelines and local market needs.
- Budget Management: Control and manage cooperative marketing budgets with clients, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenditures to maximize ROI.
- Incentive Programs Management: Organize and manage all incentive campaigns for Dior Beauty Consultants (BCs) and client sales associates, ensuring programs are motivating, well-communicated, and aligned with sales objectives.
- Performance Coordination: Coordinate and support activities identified by the Sellout team to ensure the achievement of sales targets, proactively addressing any operational challenges at the retail level.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all in-store animations and activations, VM organization, incentive programs, cooperative budgets, and overall trade relationships with all clients are executed with precision and strategic alignment.
- Demonstrated experience in Trade Marketing or a similar role within the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sector, with a strong understanding of retail dynamics in Brazil.
- Negotiation skills and a proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key retail partners and internal stakeholders.
- Project Management: Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, from planning through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Budget Management: Strong financial acumen with experience in managing and controlling marketing and trade budgets effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate marketing strategies into actionable trade marketing plans and activations.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of material production, budget tracking, and campaign execution.
- Team Collaboration: Strong collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively with marketing, sales, and external partners.
- A deep understanding and passion for luxury brands, particularly within the beauty industry, and a commitment to upholding Dior's brand image and values.
Technical skills:
- Good knowledge in Power Point and other Office programs
- Good Knowledge in Excel
- Fluent Portuguese mandatory
- Advanced English mandatory
- Spanish is a plus
Profile:
- A Marketing or Business graduate with at least 3 years’ experience in a Trade Marketing role
- Sensitivity to Luxury goods, Beauty market experience is a valuable profile.
