Providing a friendly, professional service to trade customers.

Processing sales and returns through the K8 system.

Picking and packing orders for collection and occasional deliveries.

Keeping customers and colleagues updated on order progress.

Replenishing stock and helping maintain stock accuracy.

Assisting with cycle counts and stock control activities.

Keeping the trade counter and customer-facing areas clean, organised and presentable.

Learning about new products and staying up to date with the range.

Supporting the wider team wherever needed.
