Trade & Collector Partnerships Lead
Rasa Collective
Job Description
Rasa Collective is a curated fine-art platform connecting an invitation-only, global roster of artists with interior designers, architects, boutique hospitality groups, corporate clients and private collectors across 42+ countries. We sell on provenance, narrative and editorial depth โ stories, not stock.
The role
This is a relationship-led sales role. We are not asking you to build a book from cold โ we are hiring the book you already have. Your first ninety days are about reactivating warm accounts and converting trade and hospitality demand into multi-piece, recurring deals.
Sales velocity at Rasa comes from institutional buyers โ designers, architects, boutique hotels and F&B groups specifying art at volume โ with private collectors as a compounding, longer-term layer. You will own the buyer side end to end.
What you'll own
- Reactivating and converting your existing book of trade, hospitality and collector relationships
- Leading art-programme and fit-out conversations with designers, architects and hospitality groups โ pitching specific artists and works, not the platform in the abstract
- Building qualified pipeline across London, Dubai and Singapore, with the US as a deliberate fourth market
- Structuring direct purchases, commissions and bespoke, and leasing/licensing for organisation buyers
Who you are
The core of this role is an existing, relevant book of business. We are hiring the relationships first. You likely come from:
- Auction house client relations or business development
- Art advisory or private-client sales
- Gallery sales leadership with a trade following
- Hospitality art consulting or fit-out procurement
- Senior interior-design trade sales
- You can name the accounts you'd reactivate, distinguish recurring trade/hospitality from one-off collectors, and speak to what those relationships have transacted. You sell provenance and narrative, not catalogue volume, and you're motivated by building and owning the commercial engine.
