Elevate Pursuit's compensation and benefits programs as a Total Rewards Manager. Oversee competitive reward systems and collaborate widely across teams in a hybrid work model. As a Total Rewards Manager at Pursuit, you'll administer and analyze compensation, benefits, and leave programs throughout the U.S. and Canada.
This role requires expertise in market benchmarking, salary structures, and incentive planning. You will also ensure compliance and effectiveness of various reward systems while collaborating closely with Finance and business leaders.
