Role: Technical Associate – Tooling & Manufacturing Engineering Location: Oragadam, Chennai About the Role We are looking for a skilled Tooling Engineer to support production by ensuring the availability of fixtures, tooling, and quality equipment.

This role plays a key part in minimizing downtime and improving OEE in Valve Body and Carrier production lines. Key Responsibilities Tooling management – maintenance, procurement & inventory Handle HMC, VMC, Broaching, Power Skiving & Grinding machines Troubleshooting tooling issues & process improvements Cutting tool resharpening & lifecycle management Work with Zoller presetter & tool storage systems Vendor coordination & on-time tool delivery Conduct trials & prepare reports Track tooling KPIs – cost, breakage, savings Ensure safety, TPM & 5S adherence Implement Poka-Yoke & continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 3–5 years of experience in tooling / CNC machining Strong CNC tooling & troubleshooting knowledge Exposure to TPM & continuous improvement projects Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, CNC tooling What We Offer 5 Days Working Canteen Facility
