Testing & Quality Assurance Analyst This role supports accurate and timely execution of manual and automated testing and/or operational and administrative activities related to the end‑to‑end test development process. Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of high‑quality testing in accordance with the test script, identifying and documenting defects, preliminary reporting and analysis of results, and providing daily updates to test leaders and managers as needed. Responsibilities Conduct independent testing on a team in support of coverage needs identified by Compliance and Operational Risk officers and/or Front Line Unit process owners, including transactional, qualitative, onsite, employee quality review, and surveillance testing.
Identify and document defects identified during testing, working closely with Compliance and Operational Risk officers to validate preliminary results. Collaborate with Compliance and Operational Risk officers on the identification of themes and trends at the Front Line Unit, control function and enterprise level. Support the quality of the end‑to‑end execution process in accordance with the Independent Testing Enterprise Policy and Standard.
Embed EIT/GRA core skills: critical thinking, decisiveness, leverage enterprise/matrix management, proactive project management, risk management, adaptability, collaboration, client focus, effective written and verbal communication, and control rigor and discipline. Execute high‑quality testing in accordance with the test script. Identify, document, and escalated defects.
Interact with internal and external partners to identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience of at least one year in a similar role. Process Management: ability to monitor ongoing process performance, address pain points, and remediate issues to reduce risk.
End‑to‑End Test Life Cycle: ability to understand and manage the test life cycle from test request to development, execution, and dissemination of results. Test Execution: ability to execute tests by following test scripts and/or through use of automated processes. Test Reporting: ability to produce testing results, reporting, and data‑driven insights of the test inventory.
