Overview We’re hiring a driven, client-focused Account Executive/Outside Sales Rep to grow revenue in our South Bay Area territory. If you love prospecting, closing, and building lasting relationships, this is a high-impact role with strong upside. Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr This range is provided by Culver Careers (CulverCareers.com).

What You’ll Do Drive new business through cold outreach, networking, and lead follow-up Own the full sales cycle : quoting, closing, onboarding, and expansion Partner with operations and leadership to deliver top-tier service Use Salesforce to manage the pipeline and report activity Support pricing, project planning, and customer success initiatives What You Bring 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (logistics, storage, or service sales a plus) Proven ability to hit or exceed revenue goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency in MS Office, Excel , and CRM systems BA/BS degree or equivalent experience OTE : $90,000–$110,000 with uncapped commission Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match Paid holidays, PTO, and ongoing training Residual commissions on new accounts Why This Role?
