Learn more at: www.alwilson.com Why Join Us Competitive base salary Flexible, self-managed schedule (remote role) Profit-sharing 401(k) Comprehensive health benefits Paid time off Annual performance bonus Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Growth Strengthen relationships with current customers while actively developing new business opportunities Provide hands-on product demonstrations, training, and technical support in the field Act as a reliable advisor to textile care professionals (training provided) Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and long-term retention Distributor Collaboration Build strong partnerships with distributor sales teams and leadership Support and influence distributor efforts to effectively position Wilson products Participate in joint sales calls and lead product training sessions Share field insights, customer feedback, and competitive information with internal leadership Market Expansion & Brand Presence Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings Promote product innovation and environmentally responsible solutions Track industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs Territory Planning & Reporting Organize travel and scheduling to maximize face-to-face engagement Maintain accurate records of sales activity and market intelligence Provide consistent updates on territory performance, opportunities, and challenges Qualifications Required Demonstrated success in field sales, technical sales, or distributor/channel sales Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while aligning with company goals Willingness to travel extensively within the region Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities Preferred Technical aptitude with the ability to explain product applications and performance Experience operating in competitive or non-exclusive distribution environments What Sets You Apart Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely Hands-on and customer-focused approach Professional, approachable, and trusted by partners and customers Eager to represent a respected, long-standing family-owned business Interested?
