- Work independently and manage your sales pipeline in a structured way.
- Collaborate closely with the SLP team and technical support teams.
- Use CRM tools (Business Central + SugarCRM) to track performance and achieve/exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of technical sales experience, ideally in spare parts, engines, drivetrains, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Volvo, Scania, or other heavy vehicle brands is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in relationship-based B2B sales.
- Practical technical know-how (hands-on experience with engines/parts is highly valued).
- Familiarity with CRM and digital sales tools.
- Existing network in the industry preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of logistics, customs, and import/export is beneficial, but not essential.
Personal Attributes
- Outgoing, trustworthy, and excellent at building long-term relationships.
- Strong communicator - both in person and digitally.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Team player who enjoys working with a global support network.
- Results-driven and motivated by competition.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation package including salary, healthcare benefits, 401(k), and PTO.
- The chance to make a real impact - helping establish and grow our U.S. operations.
- A supportive, collaborative, and international team culture.
- Professional growth opportunities as we expand across North America.
- The satisfaction of representing a company known for quality, speed, and reliability worldwide.
