Job Description

Sub‑Zero Group South‑West, a distributor of high‑end luxury appliances, seeks a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to cover accounts in Las Vegas, NV. The TSM will serve as the direct link between the Affiliated Distributor location and the dealer base of the territory, managing all aspects of the sales territory and its functions. The TSM is responsible for growing sales revenue and increasing brand penetration across the territory through highly focused business development activities.

The TSM will work closely with dealers to reach volume growth goals through new product introductions, ongoing product education, and dealer training. The TSM will promote the culture of Sub‑Zero, Wolf, and Cove while enhancing the customer experience post‑sale. Responsibilities include launching new products in the field, maintaining product display placements, hosting dealer events, and participating in evening showroom and trade events.

The TSM will also grow territory accounts by developing strong relationships with dealers, specifiers, builders, and developers to secure additional business. This position requires a pre‑employment drug and background check, administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug test result is required for employment.
