Territory Manager - Ophthalmology

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Territory Manager to join a leading medical device company, helping healthcare providers deliver exceptional patient care with high-quality surgical and clinical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers across your territory.
• Identify opportunities with new and existing clients and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Ensure your time and activities align with the company’s sales strategy.
• Execute account-level strategies and drive growth within your portfolio.
• Maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide training sessions to customers as needed.
• Produce regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.

Requirements

• Degree-level education in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience selling into theatres and clinical environments.
• Strong track record in building lasting customer relationships.
• Experience in ophthalmology is highly desirable; dermatology or broader medical sales experience is beneficial.
• Familiarity with NHS and private sector sales cycles is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
