Job Description Territory Manager-Franchisee Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sourcing: Find prospects via events, data mining, referrals, networking, and cold outreach. Prospect Qualification: Evaluate potential franchisees' capability, credibility, and commitment. Sales & Negotiation: Present the franchise model, explain the value proposition, and close deals, meeting acquisition/revenue targets. Onboarding & Training: Manage the full process from documentation to initial training and support. Strategy & Reporting: Develop growth strategies, provide market feedback, track competitors, and report on performance. Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams Essential Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: Sales, B2B, or franchise development experience in financial service industry. Skills: Negotiation, communication, relationship building, strategic planning, data analysis, and strong presentation. Attributes: Self-discipline, ambition, goal-orientation, and willingness to travel. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
