Territory Manager – McCurrach on behalf of The Magnum Ice Cream Company
Location: West London & Surrounding areas (Ideal postcode location: W1)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑time – 40 hours per week
Salary: up to £28,500 basic, 10% Performance‑related Bonus, Lunch allowance and Oyster Card for Business Travel provided.
About the Role
As a Territory Manager you will oversee a mixed‑outlet territory primarily consisting of convenience stores and supermarkets, with occasional visits to forecourts, travel outlets and independent convenience stores. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include supporting summer and winter activation plans, siting POS, preparing freezers and ranging products to drive growth by improving product visibility and availability for consumers. Building strong rapport and relationships with store contacts is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your territory, targets and KPIs
- Deliver professional and effective store visits
- Build strong relationships with key store decision‑makers and add value in every visit
- Improve product availability and visibility in stores
- Increase brand awareness and engagement, ensuring agreed ranges and plans are maintained
- Act as the “eyes and ears” of TMICC by identifying opportunities, issues, and competitor activity
- Accurately record and report all required information

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Passionate about brands and retail
- Strong selling and storytelling skills to drive engagement
