Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Identify and understand client needs, offering tailored solutions that align with business goals Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations Research and identify potential new clients to generate business opportunities Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed targets Use CRM software to manage sales activities, client interactions, and reporting What Do You Bring?
