Tender Manager

Position- Manager – Institutional Business & Government Tendering Location - Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience Required 8–12+ Years Industry : Pharmaceuticals / Medical Devices / Diagnostics / Healthcare Manager – Government Tenders & GeM Operations Role Overview We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in Government Tender Management, GeM Portal Operations, Rate Contracts, and Institutional Procurement within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing high-value government tenders, rate contracts, compliance requirements, and end-to-end tender operations while working with key government bodies, procurement agencies, Railways, Defense organizations, and State Medical Corporations. Key Responsibilities Tender & GeM Management •Manage end-to-end tendering activities including tender identification, bid preparation, documentation, submission, participation, and post-award execution. •Handle GeM Portal operations including product listings, vendor registrations, catalog management, bid participation, reverse auctions, and order processing. •Monitor government procurement portals and tender opportunities. •Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines, tender requirements, and statutory regulations.

Rate Contracts & Compliance •Manage Central and State Government rate contracts, renewals, amendments, and regulatory documentation. •Handle digital signatures, vendor registrations, certifications, EMDs, Security Deposits, and Bank Guarantees. •Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Commercial & Operations •Track EMDs, Security Deposits, Bank Guarantees, receivables, and payment recoveries. •Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, logistics, regulatory, packaging, QA, and operations teams for smooth contract execution. •Monitor contract validity, deliveries, and order fulfilment activities. Reporting & Coordination •Prepare MIS reports, tender status reports, compliance reports, and operational dashboards. •Support budgeting, forecasting, and institutional business reporting requirements. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless tender execution and compliance.

Education •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Science, Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines. •MBA will be an added advantage.
