Description: SUMMARY: Full-time Agronomy position with focus on support, sales and delivery. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Promote sales and service through our Agronomy Division. Responsible for deliver of chemicals, crop nutrients and maintenance of Agronomy assets.
Keep our agronomy buildings clean and neat to promote safety for our customers and our image to the public. Unload railcars in a timely and safe manner according to Hi-Line Coop procedures. Keep shrink and shortage to a minimum.
Be at work on time and work the scheduled hours. Notify the Plant supervisor/manager on any customer complaint or compliance issue. Cooperate fully with the main business office to maintain accurate information for our customer base.
Requirements: 2 years of truck driving experience. Work experience related to agricultural production. Use fertilizer equipment safely and correctly.
Handle fertilizer, chemicals and crop nutrients in a safe manner. Current CDL that meets the State requirement for the truck, truck and trailer, or pickup needed to perform the job. Bobcat and forklift certification.
