Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, introducing company products and services, and generating qualified leads.

The Telesales Specialist will follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, and work closely with the sales team to support conversions. Daily tasks include understanding client requirements, addressing basic questions, scheduling product demonstrations or meetings, and meeting defined sales targets. The role may also involve participating in call campaigns, sharing feedback from prospects, and continuously improving call scripts and sales approaches.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries professionally and build positive client relationships. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques suited to telesales activities.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to quickly learn product features and participate in or deliver basic product demos or guidance calls. Comfort using CRM tools and office productivity software to document calls and track leads. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Prior telesales or inside sales experience in software or technology services is an advantage. Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Lead Generator / Appointment Setter
