Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging prospective and existing customers over the phone and through digital channels.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying leads, presenting Cheezee Global’s payment solutions, handling inquiries, and guiding customers through the onboarding process. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM, following up on opportunities, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The Telesales Specialist will also collaborate with customer support and training teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, provide feedback on customer needs, and participate in periodic product and sales training sessions.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales and telesales skills, with proven ability to convert leads and manage a sales pipeline. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, clarify needs, and handle objections effectively. Candidates should possess solid Customer Support capabilities to resolve basic issues, escalate complex cases appropriately, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidates should possess Training and learning agility, enabling quick understanding of payment products, compliance requirements, and market nuances. Relevant experience in remote telesales, inside sales, or call center environments, ideally in fintech, payments, or related industries. Comfort with CRM tools, call tracking systems, and standard office software; ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Strong organizational skills, resilience in a target-driven environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Completion of secondary education required; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
