Telephone Sales Executive (BBBH439216) Belfast, Northern Ireland Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Belfast to recruit a Direct Sales Executive to join their team. They are looking for a confident, motivated, and target-driven Telephone Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through proactive outbound B2B sales activity.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and a passion for delivering results. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound B2B sales calls Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Present and promote company products and services effectively over the phone Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly Manage and update customer information using Salesforce CRM Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate sales records Negotiate and close sales opportunities efficiently Stay up to date with company products, industry trends, and competitor activity Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs Requirements Previous experience in telephone sales, B2B sales, telesales, or a similar sales environment Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Confident and professional telephone manner Self-motivated, organised, and results-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary ยฃ27,500 - ยฃ28,000 plus bonuses Company pension Private medical insurance Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive and friendly team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
