The Harvey Norman Morayfield Technology & Entertainment Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Technician/Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

\n

As a Technician/Salesperson, you have an understanding of PC’s, softwares and related peripherals along with an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

\n

To be successful you must:
·  Have a passion for retail
\n ·  Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
\n ·  Enjoy working in a team environment

\n

What we require:
·  Experience in (or ability and willingness to work in) a customer focused, successful and busy retail business
\n ·  A high level of Technology and Entertainment product knowledge to support customer queries or willingness to learn.
\n ·  Technical knowledge or interest of related peripherals such as digital cameras, printers, networking and Software programs
\n ·  Knowledge of Apple, Microsoft and similar products is highly desirable
\n ·  Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
\n ·  Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
\n ·  Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
\n ·  Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
\n ·  Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
