Job Responsibilities
Conduct electrical tests on welding machines and evaluation of samples via EN standards and internal procedures. Conduct EMC ( emission and immunity) test in internal laboratory and external laboratories. EMC problem solving. Conduct environmental tests (Dust, Vibration, Mechanical, HALT). Conduct robustness test strictly via procedures from HW team. Engineering tests not strictly related to procedures. Reads and interprets results of tests. Prepares charts, graphs and reports to explain test results. Collaborate with the R&D team and other departments whole Lincoln Electric Group on product development. Builds and/or adapts basic setup and test equipment for performance of tests. Implementation of improvements in laboratory tests ( automatization and optimalization). Job Requirements
Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical. Experience in a lab environment, preferably in electrical testing. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to read English documentation. Skills: electrical testing, data analysis, technical documentation, multimeter usage, soldering, oscilloscope operation, driving license B (external lab testing).
