Job Description

Software you will be working on is distributed technologyplatform with set of functionalities for hotels, restaurants, spa, golf andmore.

The position is offered on a 1-year contract

Our Daily Work

• Wework in iterations with refinements, plannings and retrospectivemeetings
  
• We useGitlab to sync the code with develop and master branches, and createfeature branch for each User Story
  
• Wecommit daily and use CI/CD using Gitlab/Jenkins
  
• Weopen merge requests and conduct code reviews before merge
  
• We usedocker and docker compose for local development and deployment of allmicroservices
  
• We useTeams to communicate and participate in meetings with other teammembers
  
• Wecooperate with UI/UX department to provide user the best possible looksand feel of application
  
• Wecreate internal packages (NPM, Nuget) to share work with others and avoidrepetitions
  
• Wedevelop API first-platform with focus on integrations and userexperience

• Leadingand mentoring a cross-functional team of frontend and backenddevelopers
  
• Conducting1-on-1 meetings, performance reviews and career development planning
  
• Buildingand maintaining a positive, collaborative team culture
  
• Managingteam capacity, workload distribution and sprint commitments
  
• Planningand coordinating project deliverables with Product Owners andstakeholders
  
• Managingproject timelines, risks and dependencies
  
• Ensuringtimely delivery of high-quality, performant solutions
  
• Reportingproject status and metrics to management
  
• Coordinatingwith other teams in multi-region cloud environment
  
• Definingand maintaining architecture standards for both frontend and backend
  
• Makingkey technical decisions regarding technology stack and architecturalpatterns
  
• Ensuringcode quality through code reviews and establishing coding standards
  

Requirements

• Minimum6 years' experience in software development with at least 2 years in aleadership or team lead role
  
• Provenexperience leading, mentoring and growing cross-functional developmentteams
  
• Strongproject management skills with ability to plan, execute and deliverprojects on time
  
• Experiencemanaging Agile/Scrum teams and facilitating ceremonies
  
• Excellentcommunication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders
  
• Strongproblem-solving skills and ability to make architectural and strategicdecisions
  
• Knowledgeof C#, .NET and Object-Oriented Programming
  
• Experiencewith microservices architecture and distributed systems
  
• Understandingof Domain Driven Design (DDD), CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns
  
• Experiencewith relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (Redis, ElasticSearch)
  
• Familiaritywith message brokers (Kafka) and event-driven architectures
  
• Proficiencywith Docker, containerization and cloud environments
  
• Strongunderstanding of REST API design and integration patterns
  
• Experiencewith Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab)
  
• Understandingof design patterns, SOLID principles and clean code practices
