At MIM Fertility, we automate and enhance the efficiency of in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment using advanced solutions based on machine learning and deep learning. Our mission is to support patients with modern technologies, and for several years, we’ve been developing innovative diagnostic tools for IVF treatment.

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to maintain ongoing communication with our clients and assist them in effectively using our EMBRYOAID and FOLLISCAN software. Responsibilities

• Supporting the building of long-term relationships with clients.
• Participating in regular meetings to discuss clients’ technological needs and challenges.
• Offering proactive technical support and consultations.
• Learning to diagnose and solve technical issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Overseeing the implementation process at the client’s site.
• Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Technology).
• Providing feedback from clients to the product team.
• Analyzing KPIs and identifying areas for optimization.
• Conducting workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
• Creating educational materials for users.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1) and Polish.
• Higher education/bachelor’s degree in a technical or medical field (e.g., IT, engineering, telecommunications, medical) or a related field.
• Knowledge of the medical or IT industry will be an additional asset.
• Strong communication skills and ease of building relationships.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for business.
• Willingness to learn how to operate other equipment (e.g., ultrasound machines, time-lapse incubators, microscopes, and cameras).
• At least one year of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, IT Consultant, Service Technician, or a similar role is welcome.
