Base pay range Technical Support Specialist II - Desktop support - paying up to £160 Inside IR35 - London (Hybrid) - part time - 3x a week in office We're working with a global, technology-driven organisation that supports professional customers worldwide and is known for its strong focus on innovation, AI, and modern workplace technology. The role You'll deliver hands‑on and remote technical support for end users, proactively monitor device health, and help streamline support processes using automation and AI tools.
