Technical Services Manager for Property Operations

Join a growing property management firm in Ottawa as the Technical Services Manager. This onsite role focuses on overseeing the operational performance of multiple commercial properties, ensuring high standards are met for tenant satisfaction. Reporting to the Director of Property Management, you will manage critical building systems, coordinate vendor relationships, and lead maintenance initiatives.

Your expertise in technical services will ensure the properties operate safely and efficiently, and you will drive sustainability efforts within the organization.
