The Service Delivery Manager will: * Serve as final technical escalation * Lead and manage the engineering team * Drive consistency and accountability in technical execution * Own delivery of complex infrastructure and security projects * Represent the firm in high-level client technical discussions This role is approximately 4050% billable, focused on advanced engineering and strategic project work.
This job will travel 10% of the time to visit our clients. We deliver excellence through complete legal technology solutions, from the smallest daily activities to the largest mission critical projects. *Key Responsibilities* *Technical Leadership & Escalation* * Act as final escalation point for complex technical issues * Lead root cause analysis and permanent remediation planning * Ensure technical standards are consistently executed * Drive improvement in documentation and operational discipline * Make technical decisions and provide clear direction to the team *Engineering Team Management* * Manage day-to-day technical operations of the engineering team * Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance coaching * Review ticket quality and technical execution * Enforce patching, monitoring, and backup standards * Identify training needs and elevate team capability * Participate in hiring and onboarding of new technical staff *Technical Competencies* *Networking & Firewall Engineering* * SonicWall configuration and firmware lifecycle management * HA firewall configuration and failover troubleshooting * Juniper firewall management and CLI-based upgrades * Site-to-site VPN configuration and troubleshooting * NAT, subnetting, and public IP configuration * Azure Network Security Group (NSG) configuration *Azure & Virtual Desktop* * Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployment and troubleshooting * Nerdio host pool and image management * Azure VM deployment and configuration * VPN connectivity between Azure and on-prem environments * Azure infrastructure troubleshooting and optimization *Backup & Business Continuity* * Datto BCDR configuration and restore testing * Azure Backup configuration and validation * SaaS backup implementation * Disaster recovery validation and documentation *Endpoint & Security* * ThreatLocker policy management and troubleshooting * Patch management optimization across servers and workstations * Windows Update policy configuration * Intune device enrollment and compliance configuration * BitLocker enforcement and troubleshooting * Conditional Access implementation support *Required Experience* * 57 years of infrastructure engineering experience * Prior MSP experience strongly preferred * Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading engineers * Advanced firewall experience (SonicWall, Juniper, or equivalent) * Strong Azure and Microsoft 365 experience * Experience with backup platforms (Datto or similar) * Experience with Intune or endpoint management platforms * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills * Ability to communicate confidently with both engineers and clients *Client-Facing Requirements* * Lead complex infrastructure and security projects * Scope and plan advanced upgrade initiatives * Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) * Communicate technical risk and recommendations clearly * Build trust with client stakeholders *Education and Certification* * Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university in a technical area of study; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. *Company Expectations* * Uphold company culture and mission statement. * Exhibit exceptional customer service skills within company guidelines. * Possess a positive attitude, motivation and ability to learn. * Display strong work ethic relative to punctuality, discipline and a sense of responsibility. * Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and display commitment. * Practice multicultural sensitivity and awareness. * Ability to take constructive feedback with adaptability and flexibility. * Exercise excellent planning and organizational skills. * Demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making abilities. * Capable of time and priority management. * Goal oriented with strategic goal and effect reasoning. * Business savvy mind with critical thinking, investigation and research skills.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Work Location: In person by Jobble
