Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager required to join an innovative manufacturer of compressors, medical gas and industrial air systems in the Southeast. This company is a leader in medical and industrial air systems, specialising in compressors, medical gas systems, and vacuum solutions. The company continues to expand into sectors like healthcare, laboratories, food & beverage, and industrial markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with expertise in compressors and air systems to drive growth, build partnerships, and lead sales initiatives across the Southeast. Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Compensation: Base salary circa $90,000 to $130,000 annually DOE + Commissions Health benefits and 401k Remote with travel across the Southeast territory Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across new and existing industry segments. Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing customer and channel partnerships.

Lead technical discussions with major customers, engineering firms, and key accounts. Benchmark against competitors to refine sales strategies and maintain market leadership. Oversee distributor relationships and ensure growth through partner collaboration.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business growth objectives. Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager in the medical gas, compressors, compressed air systems, or industrial equipment industries. 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on compressed air, medical gas systems, or vacuum solutions. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical clients.
