Location: Midland, Texas Job Roles Develop new customer accounts Achieve sales revenue goals for assigned customer accounts Introduction of new technology to market Conduct technical presentations / info sessions as needed Ensure timely billing and collection targets are achieved Maintain sales and customer records through company CRM platform Develop tactical account plans for customers Liaise with corporate functions to provide accurate forecasting of equipment Willing to travel as required to support customer needs Represent Enventure at local industry events as needed Job Scope Job role has budgetary accountability and thus having a foundational level of financial revenue, profitability and general costs is imperative. Qualifications Completion of an undergraduate degree in Science, Engineering or Business preferred 5+ years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry (Completion, Drilling) with a proven track record of revenue growth.
Have existing list of customer relationships operating in the West Texas, South Texas and/or New Mexico markets Other Experience Prior experience in a technical role with a service company or operator is highly desired Demonstrates strategic thinking Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of Enventure technology applications Knowledgeable about downhole completion geometry, hardware, practices and techniques Deep understanding of the local liner hanger market landscape Matches customers' needs with appropriate solution and understands benefits/value of product Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with generating new leads and prospecting for new business Good at developing and managing client relationships; learning to become a trusted advisor Is organized, professional and articulate Commercially astute to drive profitable business growth Works well in a fast-paced environment Exhibits problem-solving capabilities Highly, self-motivated and requiring little day-to-day oversight to deliver on goals Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industry: Oil and Gas #J-18808-Ljbffr
