Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Technical Sales Coordinator for a market leading manufacturing company. The Technical Sales Coordinator will bridge the gap between engineering precision, commercial contract management, and regional brand marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed material take-offs from engineering and architectural drawings, coordination with contracts management for site analysis, issuing precise commercial quotations, and provide technical advice to engineers and contractors.
• Reviewing and managing construction contracts, delivering comprehensive documentation such as O&M manuals, ensuring smooth handover to the team post client meetings, and analysing completed projects for continuous improvement.
• Lead regional marketing efforts through content creation like testimonial videos and case studies, manage client relations including site visits and feedback, identify new commercial opportunities via databases and CRM, and oversees subcontractor platform memberships.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience as a Technical Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or Sales Engineer within heavy side building materials or structural manufacturing.
• Ability to read, scale and interpret complex 2D and 3D layout drawings along with previous experience of Bluebeam, AutoCad or CRM/ERP systems and advanced excel skills will be advantageous.
• Understanding of UK construction law JCT clauses and the legal liabilities of collateral warranties is desirable along with the ability to collaborate with all stakeholders.
