Technical Project Manager - Test Manager

Job Description Proficient in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile planning and tracking. Have experience in executing SAFE & Scrum Agile methodologies. A good understanding of integration technologies.

Understanding of Java and integration related technologies. Publish burn down charts, bug reports, and escalation if needed. Experience in test planning, tracking and fixing for integration area.

Strong project & product management skills, including developing product development plans, goals, and estimations; identifying resources needed; establishing schedules and methods for measuring results; managing all phases of the project; product backlog management and strategy creation. Good communication and negotiation skills. Good communication and stakeholder & team management skills.

Ability to adapt to the different agile team’s dynamics/skill levels. Lead the team to ensure changes before release to business for acceptance. Analyze issues to understand and work with team and user to advise for resolving.

Support scalability activities. Track stakeholders. Track testing plan and execution.

Create dashboards. Resolve blockers. Highlight risk/issue with release.

Drive to mitigate and deliver as per schedule. Roles & Responsibilities Work closely with technical teams to define solutions, focusing on reuse and industry standards, and best use of technology. Lead and guide technical teams, assigning tasks, providing support, and enabling resolution of technical issues.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure, applications, and service level measures. Communicate project progress, status, and risks to stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and clients. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans.
