Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across AI, software products, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with technical understanding to drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure timely delivery, and achieve business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications, integrations, and AI/LLM-powered solutions aligned with business objectives. Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support. Conduct system analysis, architecture reviews, and solution assessments to ensure performance, scalability, and security.

Lead technical workshops, client discussions, solution demonstrations, and design reviews. Develop and manage APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and cloud-based solutions. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive timely resolution of implementation and production challenges.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Project Management teams to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, implementation plans, and deployment artifacts. Ensure adherence to development standards, security best practices, and quality benchmarks.

Mentor junior consultants, review technical deliverables, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives. Support pre-sales activities, including technical proposals, effort estimations, solution presentations, and client discussions. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology optimization.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience managing technology, software development, AI, or digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies. Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple concurrent projects.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Understanding of AI, Generative AI, enterprise applications, APIs, and integration ecosystems. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms. PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
